"Craziness!!" Posted by heres0hoping 3 January at 19:13
What were those people thinking!! I just couldn't understand it, those dolls were very weird indeed. We might all be desperate for a baby.......but that's taking the biscuit. Like c'mon the old lady strapped hers into a baby seat in her car. Erm... hello...it's a doll!! And then the other girl disowned her doll because it had a tiny crack at the back of the head. Mmmm....!!! Here's hoping all good luck in the New Year. Baby dust to all.

I was watching it in bed and the OH turned over and went to sleep coz he couldn't watch it either. My mam was texting me and she saw it too. I think they need professional help! and what a waste of money!
I was saying, that women should give all her prams and clothes (very expensive clothes too) to a mother who needs them and needs help.

"Omg yeah" Posted by cleoollie 3 January at 18:54
My mum-in-law to be had a realistic doll, in a moses basket, next to her bed & dressed in a new outfit, she picked it up to show me & handled it like a real baby...The odd thing is that she's made it very clear that she doesn't want grandkids & doesn't like kids full stop (after having 4 of her own)! Anyway, her husband made her get rid cos it freaked everyone out. It was sooo realistic.
I sort of understand that there must be a reason why these people have them ie an emotional bond, lack of love from elsewhere or something like that, but the woman who went to America to pick "Sophie" up, puzzled me to say the least! & £294 on an outfit - that she said would be wasted on a real child cos it would get dirty!
If only it was that easy in real life - Baby on order please, one that doesn't cry, sleeps through the night & doesn't have the fathers stubborness (tee hee)
