Hi everyone I found out that i was pregnant just before christmas and it was the best christmas present me and my boyfriend could of wished for,we had been trying for 18 months and we just thought it was never going to happen,I am so happy. I am 11 weeks now and the baby is due 9th aug, this is my first so obviously very nervous but at the same time excited. The last few weeks I've been feeling awful, I've had the sickness, headaches and those horrible cramps like period pains and they really scare me but my midwife has tried to reassure me that they are growing pains. This week I feel a lot better so hopefully it's all passing, well for the time being anyway.
It would be nice to hear from anyone that are also pregnant and how you are feeling.
Take care Kelly x

Hi, Well done! So happy for you! Im 11 weeks pregnant too - due 6th August. Im so excited, this is my first and i cant wait! Moving into our two bed house in three weeks and am really looking forward to doing up the nursery. I did'nt suffer with much morning sickenss so was quite lucky, have been very tired and still am! I know what you mean about cramps and its true what your midwife tells you - its baby growing. After 10 weeks the baby starts to grow really fast and by 12 weeks you should start to feel much better (so i have been told). Hows your appetite? Im always hungry - when i go to bed, when i wake up! Have you noticed this? Are you going to find out the sex of your baby at the 20wk scan?

Hi ya
Yes I had a scan at 8 weeks because I was seeing brown blood but everything was fine, it was lovely, but now all off a sudden my sickness has stopped is this still a good sign? I was told by my midwife it would last up til I was 14 weeks?
