I'm Dawn, 30, Hants and hoping to start trying for a baby very soon. Live with my fiance and we are both ready to try and hopefully conceive but I have the usual concerns about my weight, age, work, money!! Hopefully I am not alone??? Would really like to make some buddies I can chat to and share some experiences. Please say hi!!!

We are in the same situation i think everyone goes thru the same questions dont worry but if you both really want it everything usually works itself out.

am 23 me and partner have been trying for 14 month now. we both have good jobs and have place of our own we always wanted children but decided to wait untill we were financially secure
while we have been trying i have had blood tests done to confirm that am ovulating-all were fine. we are currently waiting to be refered for fertility checks as we have been trying for over a year. but hopefuly all will be well for you.
but trying for children can be very frustrating and emotionally challenging, in my experience it is important to have hobbies/activities so you can take your mind off trying. stress only makes things worse. im not trying to put you off honest! i have found that going to the gym has helped me. anyway goodluck, and have lots of fun trying ha x

I'm kinda new here too i'm 18 but i would love to have a child im engaged and live with my fiancee of 3 years, well from what you were saying relates is always a worry when you haven't got the money or your far in your career etc.. but i think theres never a right time to have a child it's just when it feels right you'll know, If you feel like now is the time for both of you then go for of course you will have your doubts but thats normal i mean you have lived 30 years without children it's what your used to it's a big change but in my opinion what life is about, i couldnt imagine never having children! I hope you deside what's right for you and wish you all the best!!

You're very wise!! I think mentally I am at the right age for kids, just hope my body isn't against me. I have lots of friends with kids so I am aunti to all of them but now want to be a mummy. My OH is great and also can't wait to be a daddy so fingers crossed we get there. Thanks hun xxx
