i have thought this before but agree with other post, sometimes it just does stick up there! when i got pregnant before i knew straight away as nothing came out, which means it is only going in one fantastic direction!! or on the other hand there just might not have been much left if you have been pouncing on him loads! id personally just ask him outright.

oh and yes they do say to keep 'trying' for 2 days after ovulation anyway so its worth doing.

This is a bit embarrassing but I'm sure my OH faked it last night!! We were very very tired, worked all day, got home v late. BUt I had OV pains and what I think was a positive on my cheapie OV test, so I pounced on him. He was happy to oblige.... at first. then he seemed to get tired and lose his , erm, erection. But he did , erm, finish (I've always been embarrassed talking about these things!!)
Anyhoo, went to the loo later in the night, and there was nothing there, if you know what I mean.
Its too awkward to ask him, coz what if he did? but I really don't think he did come and now I'm really gutted coz I think last night was the best best best time for BD....... huh. Men don't fake it do they??? I thought that was a girls speciality!! Sometimes!!

Also I had a line on an ov stick yesterday, but today its there but a lot fainted and my temp has gone DOWN. Does anyone think I might still not have ovulated? I'll be BD'ing tonight just incase!

Sorry but really chuckled at this post!

I remember how fanatical I was about it. I remember once when I was ovulating and OH came but it was on my chest (TMI I know but we all done it) and I went mental! LOl talk about passion killers. I was saying how much of a waste it was, luckily my OH has great sense of humour and laughed it off.

Ooh and I personally think there is nothing worse than the next day leakage!!! OH smirks when I say I had change my underwear.

I know what you mean though, if he was tired though maybe he did come just not as much or as enthusiastically as normal.

we didn't BD last night, he was too tired.
So I just hope he didn't fake it on Sat night......
The only way we'll ever know girls, coz I'm not going to ask him outright! , is if I get my BFP this month!!

so much to you girls, can always rely on you to make me laugh and put mind at rest. Maybe he didn't fake it, maybe this TTC stuff really does drive us mad and always looking for things that are there, or maybe not there in this case!!
I'll be pouncing again tonight to be sure, no cleoollie I hadn't heard egg survives that long.... thought it was just 1 day..... so all is not lost!!

I've got to be honest when I read the title I thought it was about us girlies faking it so it doesn't look like we just want them for their spermies!! haha

I've never heard of men faking it before but I suppose it can happen. You sometimes can't "feel" them come - I can sometimes but not all the time. Depends how enjoyable it was and how "needed" it was I suppose! But you deffo know afterwards don't you! That's the worse part of it all - I hate it after and then the next day it carries on coming out of you too! Sorry TMI I know but it is one of those topics.

I would be tempted to say that maybe he did fake if you didn't get "stuff" coming out! But you can get pre-ejac which can produce a baby too (apparently that's the best bit!) so there is a hope. There is always hope.

I know this sounds disgusting too but did you check the sheets? Soz I had too ask lol. W have brown sheets (well mocha if u want to be posh) & dp never sleeps with pants on..so I think u get the picture.

Have read correctly too that the egg can survive upto 36hrs after ov???

im a past ttc and i just had to reply to this post!

a few times that me an oh had a bit of hows ya father i thought he had faked it cos nothing came out so me being me i asked my doc about it and she said the more sex you have the runnyier its gets if you hold off for a few days which is what we used to do in prep for ov it gives the sperm time to build up to high levels so then it comes out real thick an stay up there 4 a few days.
so dont panick he may not be fakin it hun
