Hi girls,
I hope your all ok.
I'm currently on 2ww after ovulating at weekend just gone. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this....
17 days ago i had a colposcopy (biopsy not treatment). The doc told me not to have sex for 7 days until cervix had healed and any bleeding stopped. I left it 10 days just to be sure, me and dh have babydanced 3 times since, over the weekend and on monday After mondays dance i started to bleed and it is still happening now with cramping to although this does seem to be easing off a bit. I dont think its af as even though my cycles are all over the place i'm sure i ovulated at weekend as i had positive ov test and pains. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this or had a colposcopy? I know its propably just that my cervix hasn't healed yet but i'm still managing to get myself in a state! any advice is much appreciated!

i had a colposcopy a lot of years ago. i think ur bleeding will have something to do with that. if u think about them taking a wee bit of ur cervix away, it has to heal. if it hasn't healed properly, with you BDing, it could cause you to have some bleeding. i suppose its like if u have a scab on ur arm and bump it, it knocks the scab of and starts bleeding again. i really wouldn't worry about it
shall i give you a laugh about my colposcopy? i read on the info leaflet that it would take 20 mins for the procedure. i thought to myself i'll take a book coz if someones going to be hoaking about down there for 20 mins i want something to take my mind of it. i didn't realise the 20 mins included undressing and dressing again. i didn't even have time to open my book. the doc and nurse were killing themselves laughing.
tc, gail xx

I rang the hospital today as the bleeding is still the same. The nurse said its most likely just my body getting rid of anything, looks like any chance of a bfp this months out the window then too! Never mind, fingers crossed for next month! Thanks for your replies, hope you get your bfp's real soon xxxx
