I found that using sites like fertlilty friend and taking my temps to work out when I ovulated very helpful. i also did something called the sperm meets egg plan (google this) where you use ovulation kits and have bd at certain times and days, these both helped me get my bfp. It is soo hard when every month the period arrives and the girls on here are very supportive, take care rach xxx

Im so sorry to hear that, i dont have loads of experience with them, i only used one once but i was useless at working out which day i was supposed to start and doing it the same time each day! It never seemed to work and then i found out that month i was pregnant. I did everything that month, had hubby on vitamins, me on vitamins im surprised we didnt rattle, didnt eat what i shouldnt, did eat everything i should. Took me 4-5 months. This time around after m/c we did nothing at all and it took 2 months, i dont think you can ever tell in life sometimes but really last time we actually said ok now were going to try, whereas this time it was like we wanted it but we werent exactly trying. I seriously think mental factor has to have an effect.
