Im not sure how far gone i am but how will i know as i didnt have periods as i came off implant.... will the doctors say i ned to have a scan to find out this???

congrats on your pregnancy, yes you will probably be sent for an early scan to confirm dates. Thats what happened to me anyway as my periods were very erratic.
