Hi all,
I had my first pregnancy which lasted a month and i miscarried on 28th July. It may seem strange but i had the strongest symptoms early on. i just knew i was pregnant (very sore heavy boobs, tingling weird feelings in my womb, strong sense of smell,my nails had crumbled and my skin and hair was looking better? i felt very different.) I lost quite alot of blood and lots of lumps of stuff (sorry and had the worst period ever and a few days later lost all my pregnancy symptoms :+(
However, i seem to still have very sore boobs and they feel soooo heavy! they have been like this the last couple of weeks (its nearly a month since mc) Has anyone else had this, could i be pregnant again or maybe my body is just trying to sort itself out??
Any ideas? =+/

Hi all, i had a missed miscarriage on november 6th 2007, it was the worst, i went for my 12 week scan, i was so excited i couldn't wait to finally see my little baby!!! and there was no heartbeat - still saw the perfect little feutus curled up on the scren but apparently died at about 10 wks but remained in me and i still had all the pregnancy symptons, felt no pain or anything, then had to stay in hosp and have a d and c it was a horrible day!!!! i still haven't had a period and i'm definately not pregnant. i got told to wait till i'd had 3 normal periods before trying again but we've started again now i'm sick of waiting, i'm just wondering how long is it usually after a d and c that your periods regulate again? sarah xxx

Hi I miscarried nearly 6 weeks ago now and like you found out I was pregnant early on. I miscarried at 5-6 weeks.
I did not want to wait to ttc and so used ov sticks and I got a positive on 8th Aug. We did lots of baby dancing around this time and up until Mon this week, I was feeling sick, weird sensations in belly, sore boobs, tired, headaches, the lot.
My periods are normally regular and so because I had not had one for nearly 5 weeks thought this was a good sign too. Unfortunately my A/F came on Tuesday evening. I am absolutely gutted.
I do not want to dash your hopes as some women do fall pregnant straight away. All I would say is keep the hope until or it your a/f comes but try and not get your hopes up to much as you come down to earth with a very big bang, like I have.
I hope you are one of the successful ones and are pregnant, got everything crossed for you. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your replies. It is so good to hear other peoples stories...i think i am becoming obsessed with this site now =+) I seem to have two people in my head, one of reason (you can't be pregnant its just yours bodies way of coping) and the other is in dream land (i could be preg again, i have some symptoms...) It really does drag you down when you have a period as well and is difficult to explain to your friends who are not even planning on getting pregnant and are even alarmed at the idea (some are quite a few years younger than me)
ah well...fingers crossed for us all xx

had my last m/c (have had 3) just over 6 weeks ago and I still don't feel quite right. Thought I'd caught again straight after cos had similar symptoms to you and was still testing positive on hpt's til my period came a week ago. It is starting to subside now, boobs almost back to normal and sicky feeling gone but still don't feel quite myself.
It's so hard cos it's just a reminder of what you've lost and yet you almost don't want it all to stop cos then it really is over. I'm so sorry this has happened to you but you're not alone hun.
Of course this is just what happened in my case and there is always the chance you have fallen pregnant again, it does happen! All I can suggest is that you keep an eye on things and do a test in a couple of weeks if nothing's changed. Know how awful the waiting game is but we really don't have much choice. You could go to the doctors but they're not usually very willing to do anything this early on. You might be lucky and have a particularly sympathetic doctor but it's unusual!
Will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best, message anytime if you need a sympathetic ear. Take care,
love, Clare xx
