hi

i am so glad i found this forum . any advice would be great. i had my second miscarriage nine weeks ago. i not yet had a period i did a pregnancy test it came out positive had blood test for extra confirmation hormone lvels were 35. Doctor said i definitely pregnant a week later i started bleeding. like a period for three days. no pain just blood. got my scan tomorrow i so scared i hope either that the doctors got it wrong and i had my period or that i just bleeding and baby ok. i took safety precautions so i cant believe i am pregnant.

Firstly i know this is hard but please try not to worry.
Like i said to Laura, if you go and ask the expecting girls they alot of them will tell you they had bleeding in the early stage and baby was fine. I too conviced striaght after a mc, no period, we werent using precautions though and was worried the same would happen, but everything is fine. Good luck for the morn, hun, let me know how you get on please hun.

folk like that. Have they had a mc? You anit stupid. My mum-in-law, my cousin, my cousin's mate have all had healthy kids after a mc and i am healthy pregnant and theres alot more folk like us.
I have said many of times, my mc was meant to be a mc and was getting me ready for this one which was meant to be. Believe it or not, my nicky (hubby) came up with that.

i know it's easier said than done but try not to worry too much. My friend had a m/c and then got pregnant again and had some bleeding early on which of course is terrifying for anyone but awful if you have been through a m/c.
She is due in 4 weeks now and has had a healthy pregnancy.
I m/c end last Nov and my GP told me to start again whenever i felt ready and said she fell pregnant after a m/c without waiting for period so you're not stupid. If you're body wasn't ready to conceive it wouldn't have done.
Fingers crossed for you hon and if this little one was conceived while you were using contraception then i think it's meant to be.
Let us know how you get on

Rach x

Hey Anna, I m/c almost a month ago and I know how hard the waiting for scans is aswell as the actual bleeding, so I just wanted to say I'm thinking of you and I truly hope everything goes OK tomorrow and you will be back here the same time tomorrow all relieved and with good news.

Ignore those people who say that to you - lots of girls on here fell quickly after a m/c, and I'm sure I heard one of the girls say one of the reasons they say to wait is to make calculating dates easier, or to gauge when your ovulation comes back as that can skip a bit too, but clearly yours had returned quickly so thats a good thing.

Good luck, let us know how you go hun

my doc told me to try when we wanted and if that meant no period then that was fine. I quote "end of the day, doctors just advise you to wait a cycle so they dont have a hard time caulating a due date for you" by my doctor. It cant be that hard, my doctor was only 2 days out and thats coz she went by a 28 day cycle instead of my normal 30 day cycle.
"Thanks for the uplift"
