i had a natural miscarriage 9 weeks ago and never got rescanned. i still had a positive pregnancy test for nine weeks after i thought i was pregnant. went for a scan the scan showed i had a piece of tissue left from last miscarriage . consultant said i needed a d and c. before d and c she said we are going to test it just in case its molar. molar pregancys is when a mole grows instead of a fetus and this gives you extra high level of hormones. i explained to the consultant that when i miscarried pathology tested it and it was not a moler. so i said how can an old piece of tissue from the same pregancy be moler. ? she said its because i got high pregnancy hormnes. i said is it not the tissue thats giving me those ? she said dont know. its been a day since my d and c and my pregnancy test says not pregnant. so i hoping it was just the tissue that was giving me high hormones.
