I had a m/c over new year and wasn't sure when to work out days from as from when i started bleeding to loosing the pregnancy sack was a few days. So going from the day i passed the baby and sack etc my next af was only one day later than usual. im still waiting for next af which has gone even longer but not done a test.

Hope this helps a little.

Hi Linzi
Hope your feeling ok babes. When i had my m/c i got told between 4-6 weeks. But Mossop36 (Linzi) told me to go from my last AF, as if you weren't pregnant, and work out your cycle from there. Mine worked out more or less on the day i was due. So did hers and someone elses. Don't know if that happens to everyone, but hopefully it may give you some idea!

Good luck on ttc and send you bucket loads of babydust.
Love and big hugs

it's hard to say cos everyone's different but docs will tell you to expect your first period within 4-6 weeks. I found after all mine that my cycle pretty much went back to how it was before I was pregnant so if you can work out when you would have been due it may well turn up then. Don't worry if it doesn't though, know it can take a little while for everything to settle down for some people. Although my periods turned up 'on time' as it were I did find that they stopped and started a fair bit, would get normal period for a day or two then it would stop, then spotting for a few days and then full on period again for another day or two. It was a bit annoying, especially as I wanted to get straight back to ttc and just goes to show that m/c does confuse our bodies so please don't panic if things are a bit strange for a while. Like I said though everyone is different, all I can do is tell you what happened with me, lets hope things are a bit more settled for you. Hope you're doing ok, take care.

Love,
Clare xxx
