hi, i recently had a miscarriage and still bleeding very lightly, but would like to get back into shape before trying for another baby. I eat healthy but would also like to do some exercises, i was wondering if it's safe to do them especially sit ups.

Hi there,

I also had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. I am now waiting for my period again any day now.

Re: exercise, i was back to running, sit-ups weights etc. the week after my miscarriage, my doctor said it was totally fine. You can also do sit-ups during pregnancy up till 9 weeks i was told so exercise away, its great for the mind and body especially in a time of such stress. I personally have added yoga as a new exercise for myself for relaxing the mind and just something for myself after all that has gone on the past month.

Good luck
