My hubby and I have been ttc for over a year. Finally fell pregnant but then had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks on the 15th January 07. I have as yet not had a period. I have done (dont laugh) 11 epts (5 of which were early pregnancy test strips) with the last ept taken on the 1st March.

I have phoned my doctor and the early pregnancy unit that were monitoring my pregnancy and neither seem concerned and yet I am petrified! I would like to think it is possible I could be pregnant again but with 11 negative epts I think I am tugging straws. I am really worried. Any advice?

I'm sorry you all went through the same heart ache as me. It's horrible you get your head around being a mum and boom it all fades away. I lost my baby new years ever and I have'nt had a period I did pregnancy test and it's saying I'm not preganant. Idon't want to go doctors incase I have to go through the same thing I did the night I lost me baby

no, I have not. I have been to the doc he says perhaps wait it out for another couple of weeks. It's been one and still nothing. I will wait one more like he says and go back.

I'm sorry for your loss also. It has been the hardest thing I have ever gone through and this waiting to try again is torture.

hi ladies, just wondered if either of you had had your period yet. I have been 10 weeks after my miscarriage and still no period. I have had blood tests done which say hormone levels are normal but have to wait to see the doc on Friday to see what they can do about it.

I know how you feel - this is torture. I feel as if I can't move on or enjoy myself.

Did your doctor have any advice?

I had a scan on the 17th may 07 as my spina bifada blood results were raised,and was told that my baby had died,i was given tablets and went back in on the 19th may to be induced(which i was so scared)labour took7 hours approx,i bleed for a month and have had a somach ache on and off for a month,i did a pregnancy test 2day and it is positive,im really confused because i have read i could have tissue from the labour inside me and it would give a +test,really really confused,im going to see my gp 2morow

As to the 1st question some women require a jab to start cycles again or given the pill.
