I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks with a D&C. It is 9 weeks today and I haven't had my period. I'm very anxious to start trying again.

hi there, i had a miscarraige on the 23rd February and i'm still waiting for my first period and then we can try again.
I don't know if this is going to help but what i'm going to do is because we are still fertile straight after a miscarraige and because it can mess up your cycle i was going to get some ovulation strips off ebay and then i can see when i'm ovulating ,
normally it's around the 14 th day after your period but i think it'll be all over the place after my first period.
I hope everything goes ok for you.
"Not sure"

hi there, im so sorry to hear that you had a mc. i have never had one, but my sister has. im sure it took her a while for her periods to be regular again. also stress can affect your cycle, and im sure you have had your fair share of that. if you are feeling as though you may be pregnant, it may be too early to be picked up in pt. it takes some pt's alot longer to record hcg levels, in the early stages.some are not reliable. if i were you, id make an appt to see your gp, and just talk things over. it sounds strange not to have had a period for that long, so thats definately my advice. hpe it helps a little honey. i wish you all the best in conceiving soon.
