I have just had a laporoscopy to diagnose endo and i have a 5cm endometrial cyst on my left ovary and a cluster on my right was supposed to remove or drain it but they said it was stuck to my ovary and my womb cant even drain it. They said open surgery to remove ovary and maybe even my womb i really dont want this as i am desperate for a baby i had misccariage 2 months ago i have very little pain with it i also got pregnant first month of trying which i dont understand cause i thought endo caused fertility problems my consultant hasnt disscussed my results with me as i had a junior tell me as she was busy i did ring and she told me to try and concieve i am worried as if i do get pregnant that this cyst will cause problems can anyone give me any advice please
