I had a miscarriage a few months ago and waited for my 2 periods until I started trying again, since this I have not had another period for 2 months, I have done a couple of tests which have both come back negative, so I am just waiting for my period to come. I have been looking on websites where people have had negative tests but were actually pregnant (though I think I am just trying to maybe see a little glimmer of hope). I have an app to see the doc tom to make sure everything is ok but just wondering if anyone has been in the same situation.

hi my name is safra14 i had a miscarriage 5months ago have been trying for another baby i was 6 days late then my period came but only bled for 3days i have milk spots on my nipples have had nausea 4 2 weeks and hormones are shot to pot i have been to dr and done 3 tests which show negative its driving me mad as i have all the symptoms so i no wot you going thru

The same happened to me.

I had a couple of af after m/c, 2 weeks after then 6 weeks. Then nothing for 2 months. Did a few pg tests which came back negative.
My doctor wasn't very helpful though and sent me away, to come back if I hadn't had af for 12 weeks!
Luckily I didn't have to wait that long and in a fairly regular cycle now. Just takes a while for things to get back to normal.

I'm sure everything is fine. But do go speak to doc to put your mind at rest. Hope yours is more understanding than mine.

Unfortunatly my Doc said exactly the same to go back if nothing in another 2 months, so will just have to wait and see now.

hi, the same thing is happening to me, i had a miscarriage 3 weeks go. but i cant remember the last time i had a period, alls i know is it was somewhere inbetween march & april. after speaking to the nurse at the hospital she said it would take a while for my periods to go back to normal, she also said that it could be months before i had another period. But i done another pregnancy test the other week & it came back possitive, & i actually feel pregnant, but maybe thats just because my body doesnt no what its doing. im really trying to make you feel better here its just im only 17 & i struggle for words, & i also get upset when i talk about it even though i want to talk about it to make me feel better & to help other people, i hope my message helped you. & good look with the doctors

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you have been through the same thing. But if you are showing a positive test I would speak to a doctor, even though I will say it can take a while for the pregnancy hormone levels to go back to normal so it could be showing positive from the last preganancy still. I also still get upset but I don't think its something you can get over and just like that to be honest I think there will always be times I do think what if etc. But after seeing the doctor today she said that this is normal and that it is just a waiting game. I hope this has helped you too as I know it sometimes nice to talk to someone who has been through the same and has more of an understanding of how you must be feeling.

people have said that periods can be all over the place after a m/c, i think you doing right thing seeing a doc they can do blood tests and look at your hormone levels so should give you a def answer fingers crossed tho and lots of baby dust to you xxx

mine were messed up afterwards, i had one about 4 weeks after my m/c then next one was 3 weeks after that then had nothing. I too did text when i was expecting it to arrive and got nothing, i retested next week and came back positive but now im seriously doubting myself haha, im wondering if i didnt do it right and i should go and do another one!
