Hiya Ladies, has some of you may know I suffered a m/c at christmas & another at easter

Because of the lack of care & infection etc I filed a formal complaint & the head of gynea/midwifery & nurse manager came to my house, because they were scared I was going to seek legal advice they offered me the chance to be seen about WHY the m/c's happened (if its findable) to help with any future pregnancies, to start with I refused, I felt it was 'too little too late' but Im considering TTC again sometime towards the end of the year maybe so I rung & the offer was still avaliable & they're going to send me an appointment.

Now I just dont know WHAT they test for or HOW they test you?!?

I know a few ladies on here have had tests & discovered what was wrong & I was wondering if you could advise me please? I have 1 daughter whos 2 and her pregnancy & labour was perfect from beginning to end so im really baffled.

Any advice appreciated

sorry to hear about your losses, but i myself have gone through this as i have had 7 m/c! the tests that they perform is a chromosome test to see if there are any problems between you and your partner together and also they can do a hormone test at various times in your cycle to see that your body is producing the right hormones at the right level and lastly with my last m/c they tested the pregnancy tissue,
the hormone test is a good one to make sure they do as i found after all my heartache that i lacked progesterone in my pregnancies and had to have tablets and injections up till 16 weeks, but they worked as i now have a 5 yr old and 32 weeks with a sister for him, dont give up sweetie as you will have what you wish for in the end, i hope it all works out for you love
