i feel so depressed today.it's the 1st day back at work after my miscarriage and i'm scared.i can't really put my finger on why i'm feeling so anxious, but it's been 5 wks now since it happened.i wake up and i feel like i've dealt with things and feel dead strong, but then from out of the blue i feel totally depressed to the point where i feel like screaming at the top of my voice.my husband has been a fantastic support, along with my family, but the thought of going in today is very scary.i know i need to work and i need some sort of normality back into my life, but i am desperate to get pregnant again.thought i'd dealt with this?

It is hard I know - I also have just come back to work after my miscarriage - I know what you mean - need to work but not really ready - yesterday was hard but today is a bit easier - smiled today almost laughed - easier said than done but keep your chin up - people are there for you - a bit nosey I know since we dont know each other but have you had sex since it happened? - once I had done that things seemed to be a bit more normal! Dont think you ever deal with it - just one of those things as women we get on with! Hope this helps. xxx
