does anyone know how soon after an abortion it is possible for you to become pregnant?
The reason i am asking is because i had an abortion 6 weeks ago and regret it like mad, and during the last week i have started gettin ghte same symptoms i had when i was pregnant e.g headache is the same please and feeling sick and more tired than usual. any help would be really apprciated.

Why dont you buy a pregnancy test? It is possible that you could be pregnant, you would be extra fertile after an abortion with all the hormones going wild. On the other hand feeling headachey and sick and tired could be any number of other things aswell, especially if you are feeling a bit low and regretting your abortion...Go pee on a stick and put your mind at ease girl.

thanks for your reply im going to wait untill im due on which is next monday as then i will have a more precise result

you can get pregnant any time after abortion because your cycle change and you or the doctors are not sure when you will ovulate again thats why they say no sex for 3 to 6 weeks
