I had a medical termination on 16th may and everything was pretty much textbook, just like it said on the leaflets, but the bleeding stopped about 2 weeks ago and now i'm getting pain and bleeding again, i know it's not a period becuase i'm getting pain in my abdomen and it's nothing like period pains, i've never had cramps like this, i don't know whether to go and see the doccer or is this just normal after this type of procedure?

Hi Victoria,

You may have an infection, especially if you have other flu like symptoms. Go see a doc and dont delay, as this could go into your blood, and you dont want that to happen. The least you can do is call the clinic which administered the abortificant pills, they should be able to advise you.
