I have been having very painful stomache cramps due to an upset stomache. Is this a normal symptom of being pregnant?

Hi, Ive been having cramps as if my period was going start a week before it was even due and its still on going and im late. I have other pregnancy symptoms also. But the pregnancy test told me im not pregnant but still cramps and no period. Going to the doctor in a few days... wish me luck!

Ive read alot that cramps are very common due to the growth of the uterus but it can also be confused with premenstrual cramps. So if your late or you have other symptoms as in: Nausea, Back Aches, Headaches, Tender Breasts Take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

Hi i have just found out today that i was pregnant!!!Before i knew was pregnant i had symptoms like a lot of cramping in my stomach and my breasts were and are very sore.My nipples are slowly starting to hurt me and i have been feeling a little sick to.I got cramps in my stomach and next felt sick after.I went of certain foods and i cant stand coffee now.I get and got a lot of headaches and maybe you will start to feel your mood change a little with your partner or friends ect ect.I got told to wait for 1 week after my period to take a test so if you haven't waited for over a week wait and next test.I have the same symptoms as you have got right now.I hope this helped and good luck i hope you enjoy your pregnancy if you are pregnant..

Hi i have been off the pill now for nearly two weeks and have had unprotected sex with my partner the most recent was tuesday the 27th march and wednesday the 28th i started to get pains like period pain but no period. About a week ago i had brownish discharge for bout 3 days and than nothing. I am in the same boat as you.

I'm ttc #1 so I can't speak from experience, but I believe some people do experience stomach cramps as their uterus stretches. Have you visited www.twoweekwait.com. It lists loads of early symptoms on there, which may help you. Good luck!
