Hi,
Thats a strange one, ive not heard of oxo cubes being aloud. Check to see is there are any carbs in them, if there isnt then i guess it should be okay and would not take you out of ketosis.
Have you checked with your advisor?
Why do you get some of the powder mix for your water, you can get it off your advisor, ive got the sunshine orange and berry which are really nice.

Cambridge offer a Vegetable Soup, but if you look at the numbers:
CambridgeOXO Chicken Cube per 100g
Energy 260 249kcal Protein 16 10.9g Carbs 40 44g of which sugar 12 2.9g Fat 4 3.3g of which saturates 0 1g Fibre 0 0.9g Sodium 7.2 14.2g
and...
CambridgeOXO Chicken per 100ml
Energy 5 9kcal Protein 0.3 0.4g Carbs 0.8 1.5g of which sugar 0.2 0.1g Fat 0.1 0.1g of which saturates 0 0g Fibre 0 0g Sodium 0.1 0.49g
The cubes ARE Higher in Carbs, but if you don't "Go Nuts" on them, once you are in Ketosis, you should have an issue.
We are wanting to lower the carbs as it is difficult to completely eliminate them.
Good Luck,
The Wonder Bee
