Hi all,

Im new to this,

i have about 4 stone to lose to get down to my ideal weight. I joined Slimming World last wednesday, but feel although i am following it to the point, i'm eating loads is this right.

My friend is doing slimming world as she has lost loads of weight. The good thing is she said she is never hungry too.
