I am starting this Friday, have done it before but can only ever last for two weeks. However it does get me going and the first time I did it I lost 12 lb in two weeks -fab!!
Keep thinking its such a short time try to do the two weeks and then come off for a while and go back on again when you are ready.Just try to maintain what you lose in the first two weeks.
I need support to so if you can stick to it I will too - I am rubbish at dieting so if I can honestly anyone can.

Last year lost 2 stone but still have 2 more to go(4 children did it to me!!)
Good luck keep me posted.

"Feeling emotionally hungry - cambridge diet"
Posted by deedee777 12 February  at  21:27

Hi Forum Memebers,

I have been on the Cambridge Diet for over 2 and half weeks and yes, I have seen a change in my shape and the way I look in my clothes. I am very proud of the progress I have made and my will power.

It has been the most effective diet I have been on as I have been emotionally and physically overweight for the last 10 years.

I am struggling today, even though I know what it will mean to me once I reach my target weight. I am 2 and half stone overweight and it may not seem like a lot but it has played havoc with my health, so much so I have to see the doctor regulary.

I admire all of you on here, so has anyone got any tips.

Thank you for taking the time to read my discussion and I am extremely grateful for any feedback
