Hi ladies, I'm 5ft6 and have reached my lowest weight ever: 46kg. I'm not dieting or anythin and I had some blood tests which didnt show any health problems. Has anyone got any tips for putting on weight please?! Emily

Hi, I think just eat a fully balanced diet, maybe get some eating tips from the doctors? I don't really Know seeing as I try to loose weight, and i'm only 15, but maybe it's what you're eating already thats affecting your weight, like if you drink certain types of drinks of eat certain types of food, so like change something you usually have for something completly different and just try many diferent things, hope it works. Vx
