iwant to thank everyone for responding to my question.I thoroughly enjoyed aLL other mails too as they were also very informative.THis problem relates to my sister.she is 22 and has facial hair for which she bleaches her face twice a month.She thinks this has increased the hair on her face.She is a univrsity student and dead worried about her appearance. Can someone please suggest something which is useful , lasting and affordable?anynatural remedies????

This case happened to one of my friend too.
I think your sister has some hormone trouble.
Take an appointment with your midwife. She may have some different pills to reduce hair facial and regulate hormone trouble.
