Suddenly started getting red patches on face and neck

This doesn't sound like rosacea, as it isn't permenant and unless I'm wrong rosacea tends to be there all the time? There are no spots or bumps under the skin. I have nothing like this in my family and it only started about 6 months ago.

I have never had a reaction to alcohol before so I find it hard to believe it is the red face thing related to alcohol.

I started using Elemis products over a year ago and I have had 3 or 4 episodes of this problem.
When ot happens, it is with alcohol or when I'm a little nervous. But it doesn't happen every time I feel like this.

I tried different elemis products and still have a problem. Th company cannot understand what is wrong as they've never heard of a problem before.
As I say, it happens when I drink, wehn I'm nervous and when I use the products.
Bearing in mind I do these things every day, I have only had 3 or 4 episodes of it over a year. So why do I et it sometimes and sometimes not.

I can't bear it any more to be honest and don't want to go out socialising. i have something comin up on Thursday night but apart from getting green foundation I don't know what else to do!

I meant to add, I managed my whole wedding day without a single red patch, even if a little nervous.

I only get it on certain parts of my face, mostly the left side, some of my nose, part of my chin and some of my right cheek. If it was an allergy to a product would ti be everywhere I put the product?
