Hey im new and i dont know if it the right place to post it. I know its really 'in' to have long and thin legs. Mine are very long and thin, too thin. I was just wondering if there is some point where they are not beautiful anymore or the thinner the better. I havent been wearing skirts for many years now. Im not anorectic(or how do you spell it) or anything. Maybe a bit confusing post, just wanted to know what do you think about it and ask for some ways to get mt legs more 'normal'. Thanks.

hi i saw your message i have exactly the same problem as you when i wear skirts i feel so selfconcious that they look too skinny until, my friend who does ballet advised me to, stand on my tip toes it sounds a bit mad, but when your in the house, or not in public,otherwise you may look a bit mad, then just stand on your tip tos it will make your legs more defined, but not over muscly like if you went to the gym it is brilliant, and tones the thighs and calves to give the over all look that you want, and if you want them really toned, or it to be a quicker process then slighty tighten the muscles when you walk, as if you were a ballerina i strongly advise this hope it is to some use

Maybe try doing some squats. They build muscles in your legs, therefore making them a big bigger and more shapely.

hi i completely understand i have very thin legs but only from the knee down. Im very consious of them and never wear skirts the only thing i feel makes them less noticable is wearing patterned tights.
