A solution to thin or unshapely legs!!!
hi i saw your message i have exactly the same problem as you when i wear skirts i feel so selfconcious that they look too skinny until, my friend who does ballet advised me to, stand on my tip toes it sounds a bit mad, but when your in the house, or not in public,otherwise you may look a bit mad, then just stand on your tip tos it will make your legs more defined, but not over muscly like if you went to the gym it is brilliant, and tones the thighs and calves to give the over all look that you want, and if you want them really toned, or it to be a quicker process then slighty tighten the muscles when you walk, as if you were a ballerina i strongly advise this hope it is to some use
