Hi people, Need some advice, last saturday after years of thinking about it i decided to have hair extensions with human hair, I chose a lady who works from home and had over 5 years experience, the first day they were fine but when i washed my hair 2 days later (with the products i bought from extensionist) it went all dry, thick and horrible and even greasy as well, it just isnt right at all. I tried to straighten it but it just hangs down in clumps and even after brushing within minutes its back to the same rat tails,,,,I thought i had bought quality hair and had a proper consultation so i cant understand why it is quite so bad? Any advice people? Do i get them taken out and waste all the money? I have tried numerous brushes, i have let it dry naturally? just dont know what to do

As a hair extensionist myself, the best thing to do is get in touch with the person who did them!!!!!!!!
from experience, it sounds like something has gone wrong - whether it be a bad batch of hair, poor products, or bad explanation of aftercare.
the worst thing you can do is complain to others! the hair extension industry is 'clouded' in bad press and its so frustrating! the person who did your extensions needs to sort it out! some of us do good work, and its as frustrating to me - as it is to you - when things like this happen....
I'm not going to assume anything, but you need to get in touch with the person who did them!
if you have any questions I can help you with, let me know.....
