You can try to wash your face with aleppo soap, it's made with olive oil and laurel oil. Try to find one with a high percentage of laurel oil, 35% is the best. You need a good moisturiser after that. You can also apply some tea tree essential oil or lavender essential oil ( you can buy them at boots) on your spots to make them go away. Exfoliate once a week (with some honey and sugar for example) and do a face mask once a week as well.
Drink plenty of water and eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Don't eat too much dairy products and chocolate. Avoid pizzas and ready to eat meals.
