yah i get dark circles n bags n am only 14 2. a good concealer (rimmel hide the blemish concelear is gud n only about £3.99 2) n pile cream will reduce puffiness instanli.

hi you know if you go to the chemist and ask for the cream for piles i know it sounds funny and rub a tiny amount on the bags they dissapear in front of your eyes hope that helps i have tried it n it works
