Firming and lifting eye creams/gels?

Please help!

I have been set the task by my boyfriend of buying a product to help with the skin around his eyes. It is not wrinkles that are the main problem, it is the puffiness and circles on the undereyes. I was considering purchasing olay regenerist firming eye serum, but was wondering if anyone had tried it, or any other products that would produce the same effects for a cheaper price? Any help would be greatly appriciated! Please?

Estee Lauder's Refinishing eye serum if you are willing to shell out a little bit of money. I dont know about the Olay (but the Reginerist line is supposed to be a good affordable skin care line from what I hear)... I have been using Avon's eye repair serum lately, and so far I like it and have seen some improvement.
