Im due to have breast implants with 'why go abroad for surgery' which is part of the hospital group. My surgeon is Mr.Amedeo Usai. Has anyone had surgery with this surgeon, if so, could u please let me know how u got on. Thank u x

Its been about 5 weeks now since i had my surgury and they are perfect. Mr Amedeo Usai was excellent and has done such a great job, couldn't ask for any better!

hi, i had my op done 2 weeks ago by mr ottaviani-transform. The scarring is healing good but still sore, is this normal?hes not available to see me for another 2 weeks yet so im a bit confused..

Had my implants yesterday. Happy so far, altho they are quite swollen and sore. Ill keep you informed of the progress but i am very happy! If its something u r considering and have been considering it for a while, i would say definately go for it. However, at the end of the day it is your decision and your decision only. Good luck with what ever you decide. Any questions, ill try and answer them.

Hi again! I was a 34 a/b and have gone to approx a D...i think! They feel like an F or something at the moment tho!! They used 375cc round implants, and placed them behind the gland. They did not want to place them behind the muscle as they didnt want to interfer with the muscle and its apparently more painful. However, think there are fors and againsts for both procedures. Have u thought anymore about it? Beci xx

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I had it done with Mr Usai yesterday at the welbeck hospital in london, just round the corner from the clinic in harley place. It went really well. Im back home now. Feels bit tender and sore but on the whole fine so far. Mr usai was really nice man. Havent heard any other comments (good or bad) about him, but in my opinion he was professional and knows what hes doing and as for the boobs so far so good. Good luck with yours. Please keep me informed as to how it goes.

I have been reading your thread, and have seen that you have just had your implants done by the hospital in London i was looking to use.
I don't want to come over as rude, but i have so many questions, i was hoping you may be able to answer some?

What type of Implants did you go for. I am not sure what are best between the Cohesive or the Anatomical?

Did you have to wait a long time from booking to having the procedure?

Did you stay over night?

Are you happy with the results you got?

i was lucky, coz the next one wasnt til dec! I stayed overnight, u have to coz they can keep an eye on u for 24hours and they cant let u go after an anesthetic anyway. I went in at 7am tues morning and was discharged at 9am wed. I went for my return check up today and all is fine. Had the ends of the stitches clipped....most painful part out of the hwol procedure!! The swelling has pretty much gone now, and i am happy with the size etc. I went from a 34A/B to 34C/D, they used 375cc in both. Please let me know what u decided and if u got anymore questions dont hesitate to message me. i know how u feel, u want to know everythin, especially from someone who has had it done already. You can tell when somebody has had massive implants as there's a big gap between each boob, while real big ones don't have a big gap.

I gotta disagree with u on that one. Mine have hardly got a gap at all between them. I think it depends on how well ur surgeon has done them.

I'd be scared to end up looking like Victoria Beckham, as her implants look like two hard melons that are too high up.
