I just bough this a week ago for $4 CDN. It't in a squeeze tube, and comes out like a lotion. As of now, my lips feels soft, smooth and supple, even though I havent used it in a day or so! This is a great product, highly recomend it.

The "Gerovital Plant BIO" beauty products line is based on highly effective vegetal extracts, with long-time proved qualities. It is the ideal way to keep you looking and feeling young and fresh by constantly moisturizing, revitalizing, and nourishing your skin. It is light weight and specially formulated for younger skin. The lipstick from this product line is great...you will rediscover your soft lips...

...is honey. Just apply a bit on your lips and try not to lick it off Half an hour is enough.

What have you tried? Products like vaseline only give a barrier protection rather than a nourishing effect. Vaseline (or petrolium jelly) actually has a drying effect too, resulting in a constant need to reapply.

Causes of dry lips can be from constantly licking your lips, dehydration and/or sun damage.

Gently exfoliate your lips regularly but no more than 3 x per week.

My suggestion would be to buy a good lipbalm, and when you run out keep changing the brands. Trying varied types of lipbalm will help you to get a good idea of what the different products out there are like and which ones suit you best. You can also get lipbalms with SPF sun protection too which may help you.
