Tlc for neglected feet!

I need some advice on how best to turn my vile toes into perfect contenders for my new pair of wedges!

The problem is such that I need professional assistance but I am not sure who to turn to:

Is a pedicure only concerned with toes (filing and nail polish) or do you get an overall treatment (the soles -I will spare you the stomach-churning details-are my main concern)?

Or would a chiropodist be more appropriate?

... a pedicure does the whole lot? I thought so anyway, my friend had one at the Leeds Boots beauty salon bit, but maybe she had a whole foot beauty thing... sorry, not much help!
