"Whats best??to be thin or overweight and fat?"
Posted by tanyab3 8 February  at  14:39

I understand men like different things, but come on what do us women REALLY in our hearts think is more attractive??
Wobbly fat people, who are also very unfit, and cant do alot in bed or they sweat like a pig.
Or thin, slim, toned women, that can manouvere in all positions, and keep going, without crushing the guy underneath??
I think deep down we all know which is more attractive!

Some of you are saying that the perfect size for a woman is say between 10-14, however, your neglecting the fact that some woman are naturally slim. For me as an example, I am 5 ft 9 1/2 and a size 4-6 (UK) And yes i know now days people are saying curvy is nice. But nobody thinks about what they are saying about skinny people. They realise calling a fat person fat is rude and mean. But on numerous occasions people have come up to me and said Omg your so thin! She doesnt look right, or in magazines I read Boney is out! Being too skinny isnt attractive etcetc. I get annoyed when people assume im anorexic. Or people say Im not attractive because of it. Being attractive is a state of mind. Yes everyone has there own preference. And fine people think it isnt healthy to be thin or too fat, but is that anyone elses bussiness? NO. So next time you contimplate addressing someone about their body just remember how you would feel under that scrutiny.
"The odd pound or two is better for making your face look younger"

I used to think thin was best for me but now i like carrying the extra 5 pounds as it makes my face look younger and less harsh. I think it all depends on your overall build and also your face shape. But i don't agree with carying lots of excess weight as it's pretty unflattering on me.

My man likes his size 20 woman that can manouvere into any position he wants and we both sweat like pigs (how can you say the sex was good if you hadn't worked up a sweat?)....I find myself and my overweight friends very attractive, so don't try and flatter yourself with your "I think deep down we all know which is more attractive!"

well i personaly think that not to fat not to skinny you no just in between say a size 10-12.. fat is unhealthy some people are happy be'n fat but i wouldnt say id be happy be'n fat no a days nearly everything goes by looks say a job interview for example is the empoyer going to go for a big fat ladie or a thin ladie or the average ladie if you ask me it would be the average ladie.. thin isnt nice either as a said neither fat or skinny in between does it for me
"Nicole richie skinny? yuk!!"
Posted by blossomhill 19 April  at  00:11

I have been a size 8 in my life, and have been a size 18. I am now a 14, and am very happy in a healthy relationship. I run, dance, go to the gym, swim- and im not thin but look damn good! Being skinny doesnt make you beautiful- look at nicole richie!! she looks disgusting. I would rather be a healthy 14, 16, 18- whatever- than be a starving, anorexic, pathetic slip of a thing! I think it is very sad that people feel the need to be so nasty about size....maybe its the hunger making you moody if you are as small as you make out?! wanna kit kat?
"Want a kit kat?"
Posted by jessicagbrowne 19 April  at  02:34

I like your attitude. But fat is not healty, so there is a spot to stop. The Kit Kat is what got me. I am from Canada, and here we have donut shops where you get a really good cup of jo and some fat pills. Well I was in one of my deflab phases and knew if I stayed off donuts I would win. Enter the Kit Kat. I found that if I broke one piece off and savoured it I could put the rest away for a bit. I knew it was there and if I wanted it I could take a bite, but I had to count first. Usually it worked. Now the comical bit. I was in a hurry and drove up to the donut shop. I took my kit kat out of my purse and thought, no I have to count to ten first. I put the kit kat down, closed my eyes and started to count. When I reached 8 someone tapped on my window. I looked out and saw my girlfriend, so I jumped out of the car and we went into the donut shop. We bought coffee and sat down at the counter. An older man, a bit scruffy, sat on my right. I put my purse on the counter between us. As I talked with my friend I saw from the corner of my eye that the man was reaching for something. I looked, and he had a Kit Kat bar in his hand that he was unwrapping. My Kit kat bar. He snapped a piece off and put it in his mouth looking at me with a shy grin as he put the remainder of the bar on the counter. Of all the nerve! I reached over and snapped a piece off and ate it in one defiant gulp. He looked a bit annoyed, but snapped off another piece and put it in his mouth. I looked at my girlfriend, scooped up the last finger of Kit kat and said to her lets get out of here and hurried back to my car. On the way we commented on how rude that man was, unwrapping my bar and eating it in front of us. We got in my car and I reached to start the engine. There was my Kit kat bar sitting right where I had left it for the count. I really felt bad, but just couldnt go back...it still makes my face red when I think about it. Jessica
"''thin'' or ''fat''"
Posted by xoxlucy 18 April  at  13:41

I think its really strange to ask what is better..to be thin or fat! both different extrames and can also be very unhealthy.
i think what you meant is what to people think is more attractive, to be tonned and curvacious or slim and slender. Its wrong to refer to those who are curvy as fat.
its obviously not ''best' to be fat as it means your leading an healthy life style just as it is to be unnaturally thin. (unless you have a natural thin phsique)
as long as a person in fit and healthy weather that means being slim or curvy, and is confident with them selves either can be just as sexy and attractive.
its was quite a shallow question that you asked, and not very thoughtfull in the way that you worded it.

"Thin or fat"
Posted by jessicagbrowne 19 April  at  02:13

I agree with lucy. But how did we get too fat? Our ancestors ate meat and worked hard at survival. Yet the meat they ate was not like that of today. Our meat today is raised on fatty supplements usually corn fed. Result meat with lots of fat and less protein, the exact opposite of what the cave boys ate and brought home for us to grill. So, do we stop eating meat? No way for me. One has to work out to burn off the extra. I know its tough, but it is not only about how pretty we are. It is unhealthy to have fat!! It causes diabetes and all sorts of other complications not to mention being the last picked at the party for a dance. The guideline that works is not the scale but the tape measure (not my idea, I heard it on the telly but it makes sense) Take a tape measure, put it around your waist, (go ahead you can suck in your tummy) and measure at the bulgy spot. A healthy girl should be about 33 inches. Over 40 inches and you risk serious health issues. So my answer is not to choose between skinny and fat, but be in the 31 to 36 inch range. Throw out the scale. It lies anyway. You could be all muscle and be way over the weight that the government recommends. Besides, a tape measure is a lot cheaper and never fibs. Jessica.

how silly
it's not about weight. The more confident you have and satisfaction for who you are as a human being the more people are going to be attracted to you. Yes it's better to be thin and toned because it's called being fit. I'm sure we would all love to be thin and toned. If someone likes to eat then they like to eat. If a guy likes chubby women then he likes chubby women. We are all diff.
"Too fat or too thin"
Posted by sarahswansea 14 February  at  00:54

I would say 'fat' would depend on the person, people say that Beyonce is curvy but compared with everyday people in the street I bet she's really slim, then again compared with skinny celebrities I suppose she does look curvy but most celebrities these days are underweight and look malnourished and have to rely on boob jobs to give them curve (ie. posh)

I think it is important to keep an eye on your weight for health reasons but not to be obsessed with it and become skinny. I hate this size zero craze, I think it should be banned, to want to be the size of a 7 year old to me seems to advocate a touch of paedophilia (sorry not sure of the spelling) but to me, men who find women sexy who have a figure and physique of a young child gives me the creeps....

Heard of the saying a perfect 10 - what happened to that? Never heard of a perfect 0! I think a size 10 to 14 is a nice size for a woman, anything over an 18 is a little excessive and unhealthy but whatever floats your boat.

Just remember, most surveys men vote people like Beyonce, J Lo and Kelly Brook as being sexy and they're hardly skinny (or fat either) just healthy, curvy and sexy and more importantly REAL.
