Hi im due to have an uplift and implants behind the muscle on the 20th of feb. Has anyone had similar done? Im really worried about my recovery. Can anyone tell me how quick they recovered?

Hi Lisa,
Did you have the ba, uplift behind the muscle? I had the exact same thing 22/04/07 with the hospital group.
I am now 4 weeks post op, have had an infection and im still in loads of pain, taking pain killers every day.
Just wondered how you got on.

Hi Lisa!
I'm seriously contemplating having the same surgery.
Initially I was just going for the implant, but I felt it would not give me the lift and fuller appearance I want.
I had a consult yesterday and it was also suggested I could go for BA and uplift.
I am a little worried with regards to scarring as I am of caribbean background, however, I would love to hear of your experience, who you went with, consultant, size from/to?

but i know having implants behind the muscle do take longer to heal than over the muscle i had mine 2 weeks ago over and am still healing,i hope you get an answer shellx
