i've been researching on ways to stimulate hairgrowth
here are some ways that i've been trying:

-massage the hair...it will stimulate the hair follicules.
... your head upside down for 20 mins. everyday-this will allow blood circulate to the hair follicules.
-use Mane N' Tail shampoo and conditioner (you can get this at any department store that sells hair products)you can also go to their website and learn from their how it helps grow hair.
-take a multi-vitamin

Thats what I've been doing to grow my hair.
