"Does pu-erh tea really work?"
Posted by tracilovatt 9 March  at  13:26

Hi girls,

I have just purchased a month's supply of this tea. Apparently it helps with weight loss and as I am going away in just over 4 weeks I thought I would give it a go.

Has anyone tried this and does it really work?

Are you best to drink it before or after meals or on it's own? Does anyone Know?

Look forward to hearing from you.

T x

I bought some and couldn't stand the taste - it was horrible, so needless to say didnt try it for more than about 5 tea bags. Apparently it is supposed to aid weight loss thats why I was suckered! It is vile I have to say lol

Thanks for your replies, I have been drinking it for about a week now and I am really enjoying it. I have lost 5lbs although I have been using my new cross trainer machine. So maybe it does work with the help of good diet and exercise.

Thanks

I don't know if it directly helps you to loose weight, but it is certainly an appetite inhibitor. For this reason alone it should help in weight reduction. Its a simple equation eat less loose weight. I drank three cups a day and ate normally.
