i have some idvise. if you use a bonick when you go to sleep do not wear it cuaes once i wore a bonick when i went to sleep and everymorning when i took it off my head it would pull hair off of my edges. now i use a soft scarf and it doestint pull hair at all.

hay i have some products.they're is three products.1-motions weightless clear hair dressing.it works how cuase my edges were breaking off so i started useing it and my edges grew back.2-motions critical protection and repair.it works how my hair was always getting tangeld when i combed it and when i started useing it it so soft.3-motions lavish conditioning shampoo.it works how i was not taking care of my hair then i had to wash my hair i shampood my hair and like 2 monthes later 10 inches of hair grew.

Try zinc supplements, B vits and vit E, I've also heard that something called Biotin is good too. I take these and my hair grows really quickly it's also thick and strong. I'm fed up of cutting my fringe so I've decided to grow it out but shouldn't take long! I'm sure it's down to these supplements, zinc also helps your nails grow strong too.

Im looking for supplements to make my hair thick and strong, you mentioned some supplements, which would you say in your experience is the best? also, is bioin available in health shops? Ive never heard of it before.
