Hi there everyone.

Ive read on lots of different websites there are ways and there are not ways to make your hair grow. I know that i wont go to sleep one night and wake up with 6 inch's growen but there must be something to help it grow even if it will take a while. I just had my hair cut a few years ago quite short but its just growing so slowly and im wanting it longer for the end of Aug as i have a wedding to go to please if anyone knows any products i can buy to help its grow faster or any suggestions other than hair extensions or hair peices if they could let me know.

Thanks x

"Zinc supplements"

Try zinc supplements, B vits and vit E, I've also heard that something called Biotin is good too. I take these and my hair grows really quickly it's also thick and strong. I'm fed up of cutting my fringe so I've decided to grow it out but shouldn't take long! I'm sure it's down to these supplements, zinc also helps your nails grow strong too.
