Hi there! Im 34 and got 22 pounds to lose.Started gym yesterday,planning on going 5x per week for 45 mins.Im calorie counting,eating between 900-1200 per day to shift the weight.Done this before 10 years ago after my second child,lost around a stone in 4 weeks.Anything more drastic than this is askin for trouble,ie: you will just pile it all back on when you stop dieting!Good luck and stick at whatever you plan to do,takes time and effort.Count your calories and excercise,works for me! x
