I am just 5.1 tall

Ive never had a problem with it.
But sometimes I start thinking about.

Is there anyone who have the same problem or height?
This is very small. I know other people are small as well. Kylie Minogue or Danny DeVito are also very small.

But sometimes I wish I would be taller.

Hi there, im new to this site, after reading your post i felt i had to reply.

im only 4.9 so i know exaclty how you feel about you're height, i try not to think to much about it on a daily basis, but its difficult when everyone around you is so much taller.
i find that thinking about something you like about yourself will help you forget about it for a while! after all there is nothing we can do to become taller, except wearing high heels which i find most painful! even with heels on im not that much taller!

it seems to me that people tend to not to talk directly to you when your shorter than they are.

my husband is 6,2 so hugs from out the blue become a problem!!!!!!

can wear heels and not dwarf my boyfriend, and be a a legitimate 'size 0' ...!

I'm tiny. I'm 5ft. And my boyfriend is 6ft 4. He says he likes petite girls. Even though I get some comments from people. Especially kids. I have grown to like my height. Sometimes I do wish I could be taller but hey, we're girls, we can wear high heels. Lol.

I used to hate being small when I was younger, and at 25 I still get asked for ID, but i've learned to love my height.

Blokes love small cutey girls, my tall girl mates often say that they dnt feel very feminine as they tower over blokes and hate their big feet!

Plus when ur older and everyone is worrying about looking old, coz ur small, ull look much younger.

I no u probily dont think that its gd being small but bilieve me its way better than being 13 and 5'9 every1 is smaller than me and i cant find any gd tall guys to go out with ( i have had bf though) so i think we should all just be happy with our height i guess its the way we are

i hate being small, im 25 and with being small i still get asked for ID for smokes, drink etc, most people would like this but i get really annoyed and embaressed and when im out i feel like everyone towers over me, oh well i cant change that so i have to live with it

hiya, i just wanted to say that im only 4ft 11 and sometimes it can be a pain when ure short all my mates are a lot taller and they always get chatted up first, im 7stone 10 and do have to watch my weight as well, when ure small u dont want to be too big, but i have learned to live with it over the yrs im nearly 40 now and i still get ribbed about it lol,

at least you get the pick of the guys if you're little! One of my best friends is 5'10 and struggles finding guys that are short enough for her (and gets annoyed with me for going out with 6 foot guys but tough eh - our perogative ) Remember good things come in small packages!!

Tall guys

I'm 4'11" too Welshsusie. I've always had a muscular build until last year when I hit 38. Now 39 and 10lbs heavier, I have to watch what I eat too. People think I'm younger but my parents look young for their age too. I find that I get chatted up by younger men, (despite wearing a wedding ring) it's good for the ego! I think the shortest guy I went out with was 5'11" and the tallest 6'4". When I was younger, I could have done with being 6"s taller but now I don't mind.
