Panda eyes

Hi, can anybody please tell me how to stop my make up smudging under my eyes? I've tried all different mascaras, using eyeliner instead of mascara and the result is always the same.... by the end of the day I look like a panda!! I'm not sure if it's the product or just me! If you have a tried and tested method or product could you please let me know? Thanks

Pencil + liquid

Hi, i had the same problem, and find that, if i just put a bit extra effort... after using a pencil eyeliner (i usually just use this one), then put a liquid eyeliner afterwards, then the smudging will be solved 4 me.

Powder is the answer!

I always find that if i dont either dust loose powder under my eyes or use compact powder, mine smudge too. it's the oils and moisture from your skin that dampen the make up, and spread it. powder stops oils coming through. Don't forget to re apply it now and again throughout the day.
