Hi All

Did you know that ill-fitting bras can cause backache, shoulder pain but worst of all breast lumps. I didn't either until it happened to me.

My full story is www.brafittingawareness.co.uk and this site was set up within a week of me coming home from hospital following a mastectomy.

I am trying to raise awareness of this issue to prevent someone else going through what I have.
