Surgeons for lipo in london

Hi,

I had liposuction 6 months ago but I'm not happy with the results - lack of results. I had my inner thighs and butt done but I can't see any difference. The surgeon only took out 500mls - when I went for the initial consultations he said he would take out more than that so I was a dissapointed when he told me how much was taken out but I thought that after the swelling went down I would notice a difference. 6 months later, there is no more swelling and I look pretty much the same as before.

Has anyone who is quite small had good results with lipo? Which surgeons are good in London?
