Ah cellulite, please help im desperate

Hi everyone,

I know its a massive problem for many if not most of us, and I know theres a lot of stuff out there to deal with it, but can anyone recommend anything that gets rid of cellulite, that actually works???? especially on thighs Mines getting worse and worse each year no matter what I do it sticks to me like glue! I need help desperately, Im so paranoid I havent undressed in front of my husband for ages, I feel so ashamed. i dont want to have surgery i am not that brave! if you know of any painless soulutions please let me know.

Hi, the only way i have reduced my cellulite without surgery is to use a dry brush which can be brought from any pharmasists like boots and brush your legs with circular motions. Also buy some Soya Lecithin capsules from anywhere like holland and barrett. Its a fat emulsifier that breaks down the cells reducing the lumpy appearance. It does take some time and obviously eating healthily and doing squat exercises will speed up the process but its the only things that do REALLY work if you stick at it - and do it EVERY day!
