How to make my face look smooth

I have a smooth face, but when I put make up on it, I seem to look choppy. I do use a face lotion under my make up, but I think that is the trouble. Can anyone tell me what I need to put under my make up to help it look smooth

New tip

Ive found using a primer under make up helps me alot. You can either use smashbox or MAC but if you are in the UK try using Lanacane anti-Chafe gel or Monistat Anti chafe. Make sure its the anti chafe stuff. They also make itchy vajayjay products and I doubt you would want to put them on your face lol. This should smoothen out any imperfections you have! Hope this helps.


P.s Im going to try the lanacane tonight so I will get back to you on this one x)

My suggestion

i think you need to apply moisturizer that is indeed "moisturizing" before your make up. also press less loose powder after the foundation. does it help?
