Facial exercises can work

Yes I do facial exercises. I try and do them once a day but at worst 3 times a week. Takes about 10 - 15 mins to do. I started doing them when I turned 36. I realised I needed a 'pick me up' and didn't fancy resorting to botox! Muscles in your face need to be exercised just like any other part of the body. And, apparently skin cells become lazy so facial exercises activate them to start working properly again. I think the exercises work. I defintely noticed an improvement within a month of doing them. I also use a good natural moisturiser and try to drink plenty of water. You may see results sooner depending on your age and how dedicated you are to doing the exercises.
