Semi permanent make up - lip liner and blush

Looking for a bit of advice and support. I have arranged to have semi permanent make up - lip liner and blush. I am happy with the salon who recommend the technician that will be doing the treatment. However I am getting a bit nervous and wanted views off anybody who has had the treatment.

So far I have been told to use L-lysine or Zorvirax on my lips, then P20 after the treatment when I go on holiday.

Just wanted views on how long the lips will be cracked or sore. Does anybody know what lips look like once the colour starts to fade, I understand this can start after about 18 months onwards.

Hello, yes this is correct, I would ask you to use a very high factor on the lips, and avoid the sun while healing.


If the correct method is used and the pigment is low in titanium the fade down should be all ok.

Make sure they have done lots of work like this, always try to get a recommendation as well, this is not always possible I know.
