Cholesterol
A cup of hot skimmed milk with 1/2 a teaspoon of cinamonn is also supposed to lower cholesterol! Cutting out the fatty foods in the first place might help as well, but not if your body makes excess amount of cholesterol, which some do!!

She is pretty but bitchy
Well, she is really pretty n i would do any thing to look like her, but she has had surgery face lift's n liper sucktion so we can just say that we are natural not fake or plastic, lol ha, im not cruel or bitchy but i have never liked Victoria Beckham as she is too fulse. Its not cause im jelous cause i dnt like her nose bt she is still pretty in a way. David Beckham can do a lot better than her.

Loving the horse manure
i've just bought a multipack of this tea and it's like licking the floor of a horse's stables! I'm sure I'll get used to it somehow...
so is it 3 cups a day? and this should make me less bloated, reduce my body fat etc? how long does this take? i haven't got a great deal to lose, just a bit of extra 'chub' around my middle and tops of my thighs which i can do without, will it still work?
Also, you girls out there who say you've lost x amount of pounds - did u do any exercise or cut out any food at all? i'm just really not an exercise kind of person and i love my food too much!

Weight loss.
Sadly the only way to lose body fat is to restrict calorie intake. To lose a pound a week you need to find out how many calories a day you are currently having and take 500 a day off that. For 2 pounds a week its 1000 a less. That is the maximum you should lose. Forget all of these teas and herbal supplements as they are rubbish. Good old fashioned will power is the only way. Excercise helps but the calorie restriction is essential. Oh and don't crash diet as this will cause you to give up and start eating everything in sight!

You can buy this tea from any Chinese supermarket in the UK. Pu Erh is how it's written in Mandarin-Chinese. You want to ask for "Bo Lay Cha". There is no need to buy it from China or Hong Kong.

I'd hate to be that thin! She looks awful - she looked alot prettier when she was in the spice girls, her figure was also nicer. She's so overrated. It's so wrong to promote that kind of body image. We'd all love to lose some weight but she's the extreme, most men I know thinks she's too skinny and a bit of a minger.
Personally I think men who fancy women who are so thin and look like 7 year olds are weird, peados fancy children so what does it say about men fancying shapless skinnies?
I think that men who find her and other skeletals attractive need some form of counselling.
Girls who think she looks attractive need to get their eyes tested! She's so shapeless - not at all womanly, you can't compare her to JLo or Kelly Brook (who are voted the most attractive women in the World)

Wouldn't want to look like her
I wouldn't want to look like Victoria Beckham. She looks like a skeleton with no backside, and her false boobs look bodged up as too high and look like two hard melons stuck onto her chest. Maybe they're too big for being so skinny. Her skin looks awful too, as always looks a strange shade of orange. That's just for starters. I'd like to avoid seeing her ugly face, but she sells a story nearly every day to a magazine about her husband and children so I can't get away from her forcing herself on me if I try.

Pu erh tea - priceless !!!!
I have been drinking the tea since December and feel great, I have lost 10 pounds ( bearing in mind I did not have a lot to loose) my skin looks great and my stomach is flatter ( no bloating) I absolutely crave the tea now and still drink it three times a day as I love it!
